Clinical Study Administrator
I joined NDORMS in September 2019 supporting research projects led by Dr Fiona Watt in the Centre for Osteoarthritis Pathogenesis Versus Arthritis. I am currently a Clinical Study Administrator for the HOPE-e study which is investigating whether it is feasible for postmenopausal women with painful hand osteoarthritis to take an estrogen-containing therapy and the MenTOR study which is investigating meniscal tear and risk of osteoarthritis.
In my previous role, I worked as a Research Assistant at Rutgers University in the United States coordinating a study looking at the role of oxidative stress in autism. Prior to this, my work experience varied from lab-based work in protein crystallography to clinical research where I worked as a Clinical Research Associate in the pharmaceutical industry. I earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Santa Clara University in the United States.
