Fiona Coldwell

Executive Assistant to the Director of the Kennedy Institute

I provide executive support to Professor Fiona Powrie, Director of the Kennedy Institute of Rheumatology, NDORMS. I am responsible for the management of Professor Powrie’s diary and for organising her participation in national and international conferences, scientific advisory boards and management board meetings. I also liaise with counterparts at the Kennedy Trust for Rheumatology Research which provides key funding for the Institute.

I have worked at the University of Oxford since May 2015 in various PA/EA/Research Administrator roles and re-joined the Kennedy Institute in December 2019. Prior to this, I spent a number of years in international investment banking, working in multilingual roles and also in law firms, including two years focussing on scientific patents. I hold a Law degree from the University of Birmingham and a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice (with Merit) from the College of Law, Guildford.
