Anne-Sophie Thorup

Postdoctoral Research Associate

Dr Thorup is a pharmacologist and molecular biologist with main research interests in musculoskeletal regeneration. During her PhD she discovered that blocking the receptor ROR2 improves the outcomes of osteoarthritis – providing pain relief and improving cartilage integrity. Her aim is to develop medicines that can slow or halt the progression of osteoarthritis and other joint diseases.
