About the Meeting
Cutting Edge Osteoarthritis is a focused meeting with an exciting programme of internationally renowned speakers presenting the cutting edge of osteoarthritis research. The first meeting was in 2015 and it runs every two years in June.
The meeting includes a half day session designed for early career scientists, providing an opportunity for students and young post-docs to network with each other and with leaders in the osteoarthritis field. We always aim to provide an opportunity to present to as many of those who submit an abstract as possible, through a range of different types of presentation, and an extended poster session. There is also a keynote presentation on career pathways. Past keynote speakers include Patrick Maxwell, Luke O'Neill and Cyrus Cooper.
Full details of previous speakers can be found here.
The next meeting will be held at St Hilda's College in Oxford on Monday 3rd and Tuesday 4th July 2023. The meeting is residential with accommodation on site in ensuite or standard rooms, and all meals provided.
Further information and details of bursaries available and how to apply will be posted in spring 2023.
