Manage the day-to-day administrative processes for the Heath Data Sciences Group.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Research Officer to join the Health Data Sciences Group led by Prof. Prieto-Alhambra at the Botnar Institute, Nuffield Department of Orthopaedics, Rheumatology and Musculoskeletal Sciences (NDORMS). The Research Officer will be an essential part of the team, working on exciting projects which will offer room for contributing to their development.
The postholder will independently manage day-to-day administrative processes, using initiative to resolve issues and adapt to changing priorities. They will produce correspondence, documents, and reports to tight deadlines, preparing and presenting information concisely. They will also act as a point of referral for organising, prioritising and delegating tasks, ensuring senior team members are up-to-date with information and developments.

Experience managing projects including the use of project management tools, along with experience conducting research support tasks efficiently (such as publication support, manuscript submission), is essential. Experience working in an academic environment, with an understanding of university processes and experience working in health-related projects are desirable.
