The SCSG Facility team acknowledge support from the Kennedy Institute of Rheumatology, the University of Oxford and the Medical Sciences Division.
Our goal is to enable research excellence by providing cutting-edge single-cell & spatial genomics technologies to the academic community.
Academic Lead
 | The SCSG Facility is directed by Associate Professor Stephen N. Sansom within the Institute’s Data Science Platform.

SCSG Facility Manager
 | The SCSG Facility is managed by Moustafa Attar, who helps researchers with planning, designing, costing and running their experiments. |
SCSG Operations Technician
 | The day-to-day running of the SCSG Facility, 10X Single-Cell and Visium experiments, and subsequent library preparations are performed by Karène Argoud. |
Professor of Transplantation
 | The SCSG team work in collaboration with Professor Fadi Issa, providing access to complementary systems, housed at the Institute of Developmental and Regenerative Medicine (IDRM).
