Our Governance
Leadership
In 2025, we amended our existing governance structure for increased representation and transparency. Both the Operations Committee and Management Committee now include Student and Postdoc representatives. We created new posts of Research Culture Lead and Industrial Strategy and Entrepreneurship Lead and brought them onto the Management Committee. New Terms of Reference, and meeting minutes, are accessible to Kennedy Institute members.
Both committees assist the Director in managing the Institute and to support effective, timely decision making that considers the needs of staff and students.
