Anagha Krishnan

DPhil student

Anagha is a DPhil student in the lab of Audrey Gerard with a strong interest in systems biology approaches to understanding the immune response to cancer. Anagha is an NIH Oxford-Cambridge Scholar co-supervised by Grégoire Altan-Bonnet at the National Cancer Institute in Bethesda, Maryland. Anagha's project focuses on developing new computational approaches to infer relevant immune phenotypes at the single cell level from bulk cytokine kinetics.

Prior to beginning her DPhil, Anagha received a bachelor's in biomedical engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology as a Stamps Presidents Scholar and was a 2019 Fulbright Scholar in Sri Lanka. Following the completion of her DPhil, Anagha intends to attend medical school in the United States, with the long-term goal of using computational analysis to better understand the co-evolution of tumor clonality and immune response.
