About Us and Our Mission
The Kennedy Institute of Rheumatology was the first in Europe to adopt the Cell DIVE™ technology in 2020 as part of a small research facility (SRF) that has steadily expanded in the past 2 years, with current capacity extending to over 70 members running more than 40 biomarkers across human, mouse and macaque tissues.
Cytokine analysis
We have experience in detecting cytokine expression in stool samples and are able to offer a service to run ELISAs to detect cytokines of interest in Ethanol fixed or Fresh/Frozen stool samples. We have optimised the detection of many different cytokines and continue to expand our panel. Please contact us if your cytokine of interest is not listed below and we can discuss working to optimise the experimental protocol. Please also contact us to discuss your requirements before starting a project, as the type of sample collected (freshly frozen or fixed) may affect the cytokines we are able to detect (Table 1).
