ACADEMIC PAEDIATRICIAN INTERESTED IN AUTOIMMUNITY AND GENOMICS
I am studying the tissue of children with arthritis, seeking to understand what drives the persistence of inflammation in their joints that leads to repeat flares of disease.
By using high-resolution genomic technologies, it’s possible to examine the tissue in fine detail and characterise what is happening at the site of disease.
